In future releases, the SHIM layer will be replaced by direct Bittensor binding:

• Miners → registered TAO subnet participants.

• Validators → TAO verifiers assessing consensus + reward attribution.

• Rewards → distributed in TAO and PRVX, based on uptime, accuracy, and latency.
